Outset integration

You can now connect Outset, the AI-moderated research platform, directly to OCSEE. With this new integration, customer reports generated in Outset can be exported straight into your OCSEE projects—so your research stays connected, searchable, and ready to share alongside all your other customer data.

From any Outset report page, click the Download button and choose Export to OCSEE. Pick the right OCSEE project you want to bring the data to, and your report will appear in the Insights tab, ready for analysis, chat, search, and sharing.

By centralizing Outset reports in OCSEE, your team gets a single source of truth for customer intelligence—no more jumping between tools, so your team can move faster to decisions and actions with clarity.
